CHÍNH SÁCH BẢO MẬT
I. ĐỊNH NGHĨA:
1. Người dùng/ Bạn: là người sử dụng trang web iFP
2. iFP: nghĩa là IFP GREEN TECHNOLOGY VN LIMITED hoặc CÔNG TY TNHH IFP GREEN TECHNOLOGY VN.
II. ĐIỀU KHOẢN
Chính sách quyền riêng tư này bao gồm các điều khoản sau:
iFP hoàn toàn tôn trọng và bảo vệ quyền riêng tư cá nhân của tất cả người dùng sử dụng trang web iFP. Để cung cấp cho bạn một dịch vụ hoàn chỉnh hơn và thân thiện hơn với người dùng, iFP sẽ quản lý thông tin cá nhân của bạn theo các quy định của chính sách bảo mật này. iFP sẽ quản lý thông tin này một cách phù hợp với thái độ thận trọng. Trừ khi được quy định khác trong chính sách bảo mật này, iFP sẽ không tiết lộ hoặc cung cấp thông tin này cho các đối tác có liên quan của doanh nghiệp này mà không có sự đồng ý trước của bạn.
iFP sẽ cập nhật chính sách bảo mật này theo thời gian. Khi bạn đồng ý với Thỏa thuận người dùng iFP, bạn được coi là đã đồng ý với toàn bộ nội dung của chính sách bảo mật này. Chính sách bảo mật này và thỏa thuận người dùng tạo thành một thỏa thuận sử dụng iFP hoàn chỉnh.
1. Phạm vi áp dụng
Quyền riêng tư được đề cập trong chính sách quyền riêng tư này bao gồm nội dung (thông tin) sau:
a) Khi đăng ký tài khoản iFP trên trang web mua bán iFP, bạn cung cấp thông tin đăng ký của một cá nhân hoặc tổ chức theo yêu cầu của iFP.
b) Trong quá trình bạn sử dụng dịch vụ của iFP hoặc truy cập trang web của iFP, iFP sẽ tự động nhận và ghi lại thông tin trên trình duyệt và máy tính của bạn, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở địa chỉ IP, loại trình duyệt, ngôn ngữ, ngày giờ truy cập, tính năng phần mềm/phần cứng thông tin và thông tin cá nhân của bạn.
c) Dữ liệu cá nhân của người dùng mà iFP thu được từ các đối tác có liên quan của doanh nghiệp này thông qua các phương tiện hợp pháp.
Bạn hiểu và đồng ý rằng các thông tin sau không áp dụng cho chính sách bảo mật này:
a) Thông tin cung cấp ra bên ngoài khi bạn sử dụng các dịch vụ do iFP cung cấp;
b) Vi phạm các quy định của pháp luật hoặc vi phạm các chính sách, thỏa thuận, chính sách và quy tắc có liên quan của hoạt động kinh doanh mua bán này và các biện pháp mà iFP đã thực hiện đối với nguyên nhân vi phạm.
2. Sử dụng Thông tin
a) iFP sẽ không cung cấp, bán, cho thuê, chia sẻ hoặc trao đổi thông tin cá nhân của bạn cho bất kỳ nhà sản xuất hoặc cá nhân nào không liên quan đến hoạt động kinh doanh này, trừ khi được bạn cho phép trước, nhà sản xuất và cá nhân hợp tác và iFP (bao gồm cả các công ty liên kết của iFP ) được phép sử dụng thông tin cá nhân của bạn để cung cấp các dịch vụ riêng lẻ hoặc chung của iFP cho bạn và sau khi dịch vụ kết thúc, nhà sản xuất và cá nhân sẽ bị cấm truy cập tất cả thông tin cá nhân của bạn mà họ có thể truy cập trước đó.
b) iFP cũng không cho phép các đối tác và cá nhân có liên quan của doanh nghiệp này thu thập, chỉnh sửa, bán hoặc phổ biến thông tin cá nhân của bạn dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào.
c) Vì mục đích của người sử dụng dịch vụ, iFP có thể sử dụng thông tin cá nhân của bạn để cung cấp cho bạn những thông tin mà bạn có thể quan tâm, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở việc gửi cho bạn thông tin sản phẩm và dịch vụ, hoặc chia sẻ thông tin với các đối tác của iFP để họ gửi bạn thông tin về các sản phẩm và dịch vụ của họ (sau này yêu cầu sự đồng ý trước của bạn).
3. Cung cấp thông tin
iFP sẽ cung cấp thông tin cá nhân của bạn trong các trường hợp sau theo mong muốn cá nhân của bạn hoặc theo quy định của pháp luật (toàn bộ hoặc một phần):
a) Thông tin có thể được cung cấp cho nhà sản xuất hợp tác của doanh nghiệp này với sự cho phép hoặc đồng ý trước của bạn;
b) Nếu bạn là người khiếu nại hợp pháp về sở hữu trí tuệ và đã nộp đơn khiếu nại thì bạn cung cấp cho người khiếu nại theo yêu cầu của người khiếu nại để hai bên cùng giải quyết các tranh chấp có thể xảy ra;
c) Căn cứ quy định của pháp luật có liên quan hoặc yêu cầu của cơ quan Nhà nước có thẩm quyền, cung cấp cho đối tác kinh doanh có liên quan hoặc cơ quan Nhà nước có thẩm quyền;
d) Bạn đã vi phạm các quy định pháp luật có liên quan của CỘNG HÒA XÃ HỘI CHỦ NGHĨA VIỆT NAM hoặc thỏa thuận người dùng iFP hoặc các quy tắc có liên quan và bạn cần cung cấp cho cơ quan Nhà nước có thẩm quyền;
e) Để cung cấp các sản phẩm và dịch vụ mà bạn cần; bạn phải chia sẻ thông tin cá nhân của mình với các đối tác kinh doanh có liên quan;
f) Trong giao dịch được xác lập trên website mua bán của iFP, nếu bất kỳ bên nào trong giao dịch thực hiện hoặc thực hiện một phần nghĩa vụ giao dịch và yêu cầu cung cấp thông tin, iFP có quyền quyết định cung cấp cho người dùng thông tin liên hệ của bên đối tác , v.v. Thông tin để hoàn tất giao dịch hoặc giải quyết tranh chấp;
g) Thông tin khác do iFP cung cấp được coi là phù hợp theo luật pháp và quy định hoặc quy tắc trang web.
4. Lưu trữ và luân chuyển thông tin
Thông tin và dữ liệu của bạn do iFP thu thập sẽ được lưu trữ trên máy chủ của iFP và/hoặc các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ đối tác; thông tin và dữ liệu này có thể được gửi đến khu vực của bạn hoặc khu vực nước ngoài nơi iFP thu thập thông tin và dữ liệu. Và được truy cập, lưu trữ và hiển thị ở các khu vực nước ngoài.
5. Sử dụng Cookie
a) Nếu bạn không từ chối chấp nhận cookie, iFP sẽ thiết lập hoặc truy cập cookie trên máy tính của bạn để bạn có thể đăng nhập hoặc sử dụng các dịch vụ hoặc chức năng mà iFP cung cấp dựa trên cookie. iFP sử dụng cookie để cung cấp cho bạn các dịch vụ được cá nhân hóa và chu đáo hơn, bao gồm cả các dịch vụ khuyến mại.
b) Bạn có quyền chọn chấp nhận hoặc từ chối chấp nhận cookie. Bạn có thể từ chối chấp nhận cookie bằng cách "sửa đổi cài đặt trình duyệt". Nhưng nếu bạn chọn từ chối chấp nhận cookie, bạn không thể đăng nhập hoặc sử dụng các dịch vụ hoặc chức năng do iFP cung cấp dựa trên cookie.
c) Thông tin liên quan thu được thông qua cookie do iFP đặt sẽ được áp dụng cho quy tắc này.
6. Bảo mật thông tin
a) Tài khoản iFP có chức năng bảo vệ an ninh, vui lòng bảo mật thông tin tài khoản và mật khẩu đúng cách. iFP sẽ lưu dữ liệu của bạn thông qua các phương pháp sau: 1. Sao lưu vào các máy chủ khác, 2. Mã hóa mật khẩu người dùng và các biện pháp bảo mật khác để đảm bảo thông tin của bạn. Bên cạnh các biện pháp bảo mật nói trên, cũng xin lưu ý rằng không có biện pháp bảo mật nào trên mạng thông tin là hoàn hảo tuyệt đối.
b) Khi sử dụng trang web iFP để kết thúc giao dịch mua bán trực tuyến, chắc chắn bạn sẽ cung cấp thông tin cá nhân của mình, chẳng hạn như thông tin liên hệ hoặc địa chỉ bưu điện, cho người khác hoặc những người tiềm năng khác. Vui lòng bảo vệ đúng cách thông tin cá nhân của bạn và chỉ thông báo cho người khác khi cần thiết. 7. Các biện pháp phòng ngừa đặc biệt cho trẻ vị thành niên
Nếu bạn không phải là một cá thể có năng lực dân sự đầy đủ, bạn không thể sử dụng dịch vụ trao đổi iFP.
Nếu phát hiện chủ sở hữu thiết bị sử dụng dịch vụ mua bán không có đầy đủ năng lực hành vi dân sự, iFP sẽ trả lại thiết bị đã thu hồi và xử lý thỏa đáng các thông tin liên quan.
8. Tiếng Việt chỉ mang tính chất tham khảo và quyết định cuối cùng của chúng tôi sẽ dựa trên bản Tiếng Anh.
PRIVACY POLICY
I. DEFINITIONS:
1. User/ You: means a person who use the iFP website
2. iFP: means IFP GREEN TECHNOLOGY VN LIMITED or CÔNG TY TNHH IFP GREEN TECHNOLOGY VN
II. CLAUSES
This Privacy Policy includes the following clauses:
iFP fully respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users who use the iFP website. To provide you with a more complete and more user-friendly service, iFP will manage your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. iFP will properly manage this information with a prudent attitude. Except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy, iFP will not disclose or provide this information to the relevant partners of this business without your prior consent.
iFP will update this privacy policy from time to time. When you agree to the iFP User Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire content of this privacy policy. This privacy policy and the user agreement constitute a complete iFP use agreement.
1. Scope of application
The privacy referred to in this privacy policy includes the following content (information):
a) When you register for an iFP account on iFP trade-in website, you provide the registration information of an individual or organization in accordance with iFP’s requirements.
b) During your use of iFP’s services or visiting iFP’s website, iFP automatically receives and records the information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language, date and time of access, software/hardware feature information and your personal information.
c) The user's personal data obtained by iFP from the relevant partners of this business through legal means.
You understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this privacy policy:
a) Information provided to the outside world when you use the services provided by iFP;
b) Violation of legal provisions or violations of relevant policies, agreements, policies, and rules of this trade-in business, and the measures that iFP has taken on the cause of violation.
2. Use of Information
a) iFP will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any manufacturer or individual that has nothing to do with this business, unless obtaining your permission in advance, the cooperative manufacturer and individual and iFP (including iFP affiliated companies) are allowed to use your personal information to provide individually or jointly services of iFP to you, and after the service ends, the manufacturer and individual will be prohibited from accessing all your personal information that they were able to access before.
b) iFP also does not allow the relevant partners and individuals of this business to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information by any means.
c) For the purpose of service users, iFP may use your personal information to provide you with information that may be of interest to you, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with iFP partners for them to send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).
3. Information Provision
iFP will provide your personal information in the following situations either according to your personal wishes or the provisions of laws and regulations (in whole or in part):
a) Information can be provided to the cooperative manufacturer of this business with your prior authorization or consent;
b) If you are a legitimate intellectual property claimant and have filed a complaint, you should provide it to the complainant at the request of the complainant so that both parties can deal with possible disputes;
c) According to the relevant provisions of the law, or the requirements of the competent State agency, provide it to the relevant business partners or the competent State agency;
d) You have violated the relevant laws and regulations of THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM or the iFP user agreement or relevant rules, and you need to provide it to the competent State agency;
e) In order to provide the products and services that you needed; you must share your personal information with the relevant business partners;
f) In a transaction established on the iFP trade-in website, if any party to the transaction fulfils or partially fulfils the transaction obligation and requests for information provision, iFP has the right to decide to provide the user with the contact information of the counterparty, etc. Information to complete transactions or resolve disputes;
g) other information that provided by iFP as deemed appropriate in accordance with laws and regulations or website rules.
4. Information storage and circulation
Your information and data collected by iFP will be stored on the servers of iFP and/or partner service providers; this information and data may be sent to your area or the overseas region where iFP collects the information and data. And are accessed, stored and displayed in overseas regions.
5. Use of Cookies
a) If you do not refuse to accept cookies, iFP will set or access cookies on your computer so that you can log in or use the services or functions iFP provides based on cookies. iFP uses cookies to provide you with more thoughtful and personalized services, including promotional services.
b) You have the right to choose to accept or refuse to accept cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by "modifying browser settings". But if you choose to refuse to accept cookies, you may not be able to log in or use the services or functions provided by iFP based on cookies.
c) The relevant information obtained through the cookies set by iFP will be applicable to this rule.
6. Information Security
a) iFP account has security protection function, please keep your account and password information properly. iFP will save your data through the following methods: 1. Backing up to other servers, 2. Encrypting user passwords and other security measures to ensure your information. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there is no absolutely perfect security measure on the information network.
b) When using the iFP website to conclude an online trade-in transaction, you will inevitably provide your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to others or potential others. Please properly protect your personal information and only inform others when necessary. If you find that your personal information, especially the iFP account and password has been leaked, please contact iFP customer service immediately so that iFP can take appropriate measures in time.
7. Special precautions for minors
If you are not a natural person with full civil capacity, you cannot use the iFP trade-in service.
If iFP finds that the owner of the equipment using the trade-in service does not have full capacity for civil conduct, it will return the recovered equipment and properly handle the relevant information.
